Norway, under English manager Gemma Grainger, have a 100 per cent record after winning all of their group games, but Italy pushed world champions Spain all the way in their last match. The winner of this match will have a six-day break before their semi-final, also in Geneva, but there’ll be little consolation for the loser, so the stakes are high.
