'I saw you waving from the window of the plane!'

Shane says he waved at Sean from the window of the plane as he flew over Derry.

“We waved ‘hello’ as we flew over you today,” says Shane Worth. “We were on our way to Amsterdam.”

He’s sent Sean a photograph of Derry taken from the air.

“I was looking up at that window, Shane,” Sean says, “and I thought there was someone waving down to me. I waved back frantically.”
