An improving Belgium made their first foray into the knockout stages three years ago. In recent Nations League matches, they bounced back from a 5-0 drubbing by England in Bristol in April to beat the same opposition 3-2 on home soil just four days later. Star striker Tessa Wullaert scored twice in that match, and her form will be key to Belgium’s progress.

Italy were twice runners-up at the Euros in the 90s but have struggled to recapture that form in recent years. However, their impressive 4-1 win over Wales in Swansea last month, with two goals courtesy of the dangerous Christiana Girelli, rounded off a promising Nations League campaign.
