Kamilah McInnis kicks off the show with a story of courage and compassion, as 78-year-old councillor Diana Collymore shares why she took on a skydive to raise funds for Tharel Thompson, a young man stabbed while visiting the UK from Barbados. Author Mel Pennant drops by to discuss her debut novel A Murder for Miss Hortense. Grace Kimuli reflects on how raising a daughter with Down's syndrome has inspired her to support children with disabilities in Uganda. And the music is flowing at Love Supreme Festival. Founding members of legendary funk band War - Lonnie Jordan and Jerry Goldstein - chat with Kamilah ahead of their big performance.
