“Well, what happened was this,” says Sean. “the BBC decided to give me a new identity— a new login number. I came in a few weeks ago, and turned on my computer, and it didn’t recognise me. I thought it was the fact that I’d washed and shaved and put on a suit. I’m still not recognised by some of the machinery. I can’t go to the photocopier. I’ve only been here forty years.”
