Welsh Whisky

Adam Walton visits Aber Falls Distillery on the North Wales coast, to find out more about the science and technology involved in Welsh whisky production. Head Distiller, Sam Foster, gives Adam the tour.

Plus we hear from Penderyn Master Blender, Aista Phillips. Penderyn emerged in 2004 and was the first distillery in Wales to produce commercially available whisky in over 100 years.
