Amid warnings costs will rise rapidly after the end of emergency rent control measures, Martin Geissler and Natalie Higgins ask if landlords can be trusted to set their prices.
Emergency rent control measures which limited rent increases have expired, leading to concerns that some renters may be priced out of their homes.
