The Department of Infrastructure has proposed a parking bay at Rossville Street to facilitate coaches. The new lay-by would allow coaches to stop near some of the most popular tourism spots in the city, and Shá Gillespie on why she is proposing a mural for Derry journalist Nell McCafferty.
