Should Donegal Council Lead the Return of the Letterkenny Railway Line?

Donegal should lead the restoration of the Letterkenny/Derry line regardless of Stormont timetable. So says Ramelton Independent Cllr Declan Meehan.
And will the new runway at Heathrow mean more air traffic to and from Derry?
