'You’re the biggest take the hand in radio.'

John in Creggan says he doesn’t believe Sean’s story about the dog Rip Coyle.

“Hi, boss man!” says John in Creggan. “I don’t believe a word of the Rip Coyle story. You’re the biggest take the hand on the radio.”
In the story, Sean tells how his dog, Rip Coyle, was put down after being wrongly accused of biting.
“Every word I told you is true!” Sean says. “I can name names. As a matter of fact it was made into a television programme. It was called On the Air, with Gerry Anderson. That features the story of Rip Coyle.”
“Anyway,” says John. “Go and play Mud for my brother Kevin. It’ll be lonely this Xmas.”
With music from Matchbox, Boney M, Status Quo, and more.
