Belfast Tartan Day and award-winning poets

Belfast Tartan Day, a milestone in Randalstown and award-winning poets.

Helen Mark presents BBC Radio Ulster’s weekly Ulster-Scots magazine show alongside Rab Lennox and Carla Speer.
This week Rab has a bonnie wee day out at Belfast Tartan Day while Helen hears readings from the winning poets at the Linenhall Library’s Ulster-Scots Writing Competition. Willie is out and about too – helping to mark an incredible milestone for Second Randalstown Presbyterian Church.
As always, listeners are invited to contact the programme with a good Ulster-Scots yarn or event to talk about. The easiest way to do that is by email - [email protected].
