The women behind Orkney fashion and retail business Hume Sweet Hume speak to Karen Scholes about their highs and lows, what drives them and their advice for others. The business was started by sisters Lizza and Jenna Hume when they finished their education and wanted to earn a living based in their home island of Westray. Now the company has just added larger premises in Kirkwall, and Lizza's daughters, Megan and Aileen, have joined the family business to expand it in new directions
