When Claire booked a stay at a holiday villa for her family she had no idea that the person she’d booked with was a scammer. Alarm bells started ringing when the listing disappeared from the website & she feared she’d lost nearly £3,000.
Claire set out to get her money back and find out who was responsible for scamming her, so she contacted Consumer Fight Back.
Holly & the team enlist the help of the BBC’s Scam Interceptors to try to track down the fraudsters & consumer expert Jane Hawkes offers some tips on safely booking holidays.
