Garyis then joined by Sheila Bain and Lynn Wood from the Aberdeen branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society (RSCDS) to chat about a special CD they have released, featuring none other than the Crynoch Ceilidh Band. The CD features ceilidh dances and music, rather than traditional Scottish country dances, and is the first of its kind released in conjunction with the RSCDS. Gary chats to them about the importance of ceilidh dancing and music, and what the RSCDS in Aberdeen do to keep this part of the tradition alive.
