Is there life on Europa?

Europa is a deeply mysterious moon orbiting the distance planet Jupiter, but is there life on this planet? A spacecraft taking off from Florida is on a mission to find out. The Deposit Return Scheme has seen success in the Republic of Ireland, but a similar scheme will not be implemented in the North until 2027. Should the Executive be making more of an effort to implement the scheme?
