Featuring Caribbean delights from Andi Oliver - including a throwback to her singing days - and the dynamic duo setting the London food scene alight, Jack Croft and Will Murray, who blow Matt’s mind on their Saturday Kitchen debut. Also, a special guest drops into the studio to share their favourite recipe, and Julie Lin keeps the good food flowing with her sambal lala.
Finally, Matt starts his countdown of his top three all-time favourite dishes, including recipes from Thomasina Miers, Greg Marchand and Theo Randall.
