'The potatoes look scared!'

“When you order a fish and chip here, they're like scared potatoes,” says Gary in Belfast, “like the ones my mum used to say got scared of the heat and jumped out, still white! And they charge ten pounds for it! What's the state of fish and chips in Derry?”

“I’m not sure,” says Sean. “I think they’re brown chips here! But I’ll look into it!”
