Countryside Comes to Enniskillen

As part of BBC Northern Ireland Comes to Town roadshows, celebrating 100 years of the BBC in Northern Ireland, Countryside records a special programme at Enniskillen Castle. Nicola visits Crom Castle and jumps on a boat to soak in the history of the estate and say hello to the swimming cows! She’ll also find out how a small business, started in front of a country kitchen stove in Enniskillen, is now a thriving jam and chutney enterprise and Nicola will also say hello to Mary Polizzi from Doletter Wilder Rescue near Boho who devotes her time to caring for sick wild animals. And renowned celebrity chef, Neven Maguire, will be cooking up a storm with some fresh local ingredients in Enniskillen Castle and talking all things food!
