“That’s a great word, isn’t it?” Sean says. “Ignoration!”

“I respectfully request you to look kindly upon my petitions to your programme. Is there any chance at all that you might play a record that I ask for? Can I have Rhythm of the Rain by the Cascades? Me and Deborah are busting to hear it!”

“After that letter, and that word, how can I refuse?”
