Ben Tish presents his Spanish albondigas with an almond and sherry sauce, and Samin Nosrat has a simple but delicious mango pie. And rounding off the show, Ivo Graham faces his food heaven, ricotta and wild garlic ravioli, or his food hell, tiramisu!
