Rail discrimination in the west?

Rail lobby group Into the West have alleged that the west of Northern Ireland is being discriminated in favour of the east when it comes to rail infrastructure. The group has pointed out that the six major projects that are currently under construction are all in the eastern half of Northern Ireland.
