Daniel Hardman is back, and he's up to his old tricks. Though ostensibly the new opposing counsel on the Folsom Foods class action suit, he's piling on the pressure with a wrongful termination lawsuit from Monica Eton. It's the very same suit Mike had tried to get Monica to bring against the firm in order to oust Daniel.
Daniel uses the protective cover of his non-disclosure agreement to twist the facts, painting Jessica as an embittered boss who unfairly dismissed Monica out of jealousy.
