A police officer on his lunch break spots a low-level drug deal taking place, but when he investigates further, the team ends up dismantling an industrial-scale cannabis factory. And a one-off complaint about false mileage on a car leads to a cat-and-mouse game between one determined detective and a brazen serial fraudster.
