At The Bull the fashion show is in full swing when the mystery male model is revealed to be Bert Horrobin. He is the star of the show, receiving two encores from the crowd. Mia is unable to relax as she’s still upset about the fight she had with Brad. Emma gives her a talking to, suggesting that sometimes she will have to be the first to apologise – especially if she’s found her soulmate. Later Mia finds Brad and he congratulates her on the success of the show – most of the donated clothes have been sold - saying how he loved her speech and overheard her teachers being complimentary. They talk about Bert’s success as a male model and Brad tells her that he had to promise him breakfast in bed for two weeks; £20, and to do his share of the washing up for a month. They both apologise and declare their love for each other.

At the end of the night just as Jolene is locking up, her car alarm goes off again. As she goes out to turn it off, one of Kenton’s attackers threatens her from behind, telling her he remembered her and he noticed her hiding from him on Monday night. He says he has come to do her ‘a favour’ because he liked her music when she did the gig in Wolverhampton. He warns her to say nothing about him or the dog attack otherwise there will be reprisals against her, Kenton and the pub.
