Storm Isha causes severe disruption

Storm Isha has caused severe disruption in the North West. A number of roads remain impassable because of fallen trees and debris. Thousands of homes across Northern Ireland are without electric and NIE tell us it could take days to restore power due to widespread damage to the network.
