How one inner city London school is breaking down barriers in what's perceived by many as a traditionally elitist sport. For ten years, Greig City Academy has gained a reputation for turning out elite sailors and transforming the lives of their students through their unique sailing programme, catching the attention of the international yachting community.

From studying for exams in the week to winning regattas at the weekend, we follow one group of teenagers to see how they manage to keep on top of their studies and on track with their racing and their skills up at sea.
