'What do you do with a York?'

Sean lies in bed wondering what you do with a York.

“When I was lying in my bed last night I was thinking about Yorks,” Sean says. “What did you do with a York? You know, cabbages? One of my favourite dinners is cabbage and bacon? It's to die for! But what did you make with a York? I remember being sent to the shop, and my mother asking me to go and get a York! A York with a good firm heart! But what was it used for?"

“You're getting the York missed up with a kale head,” says Pat Logue. “You need to back to farming school!”

“You see,” Sean admits. “I’m not in charge of the vegetables. I’m all livestock.”
