Young Chorister of the Year 2023

BBC Radio 2 has once again joined forces with BBC Songs of Praise to find the best young vocal talent in the country and now it's time to reveal the Junior and Senior Young Choristers of the Year 2023.

Ten talented young singers have perform in the semi-finals and from them six are chosen to sing in the final. They'll need to impress expert judges, Laura Wright, Ken Burton and Wynne Evans.

For the final, the choristers have chosen favourite Christmas songs and carols in order to wow the judges and take home the coveted trophy and title “Young Chorister of the Year 2023”.

But which two will the judges choose?

The show culminates in the winners joining with all the singers to perform a brand new arrangement of the Christmas favourite “Do you hear what I hear?”

It’s a festive feast for the ears and a showcase of Britain’s best young vocalists.
