Young Chorister of the Year - The Final

BBC Radio 2 has once again joined forces with BBC Songs of Praise to find the best young vocal talent in the country, and now it's time to reveal the Junior and Senior Young Choristers of the Year 2023.

Ten talented young singers have performed in the semi-finals, and from them, six have been chosen to sing in the final. They'll need to impress expert judges Laura Wright, Ken Burton and Wynne Evans.

The choristers have chosen favourite Christmas songs and carols in order to wow the judges and take home the coveted trophy and title “Young Chorister of the Year 2023”.

But which two will the judges choose?

The show culminates in the winners joining with all the singers to perform a brand new arrangement of the Christmas favourite “Do you hear what I hear?”

It’s a festive feast for the ears and a showcase of Britain’s best young vocalists.
