The Rolex Middle Sea Race

The final event in the Mediterranean sailing calendar, the Rolex Middle Sea Race continues to be a special experience.

Starting and finishing in Malta's historic capital Valetta, with more than 600 challenging nautical miles in between, this course, anti-clockwise around Sicily, is a magical experience, taking in the Italian islands of Sicily, Stromboli, Pantelleria and Lampedusa.

Tactically demanding and with fast changing weather conditions which require supreme skill, endurance, and patience, it is one of sailing's ultimate tests.
