Bus and rail strike

There is widespread disruption to bus and rail services across Northern Ireland due to industrial action by bus and rail workers employed by Translink. The 24-hour industrial action is over pay and affected Ulsterbus, Goldliner services, the Metro and Glider, along with train services.
One Derry bus driver tells us the cost of living crisis is 'crippling ordinary workers' and the strike action may be escalated in the coming weeks.
