Airport funding concerns

There are fresh concerns over the financial stability of City of Derry Airport as official figures show a sharp decline in passengers using the local airport in the last decade.
City of Derry Airport is owned by Derry City and Strabane District Council and more than £3million of ratepayers money will subsidise the airport this year.
The Irish government says it is considering ways it could offer funding to City of Derry Airport.
