'Hell' situation

Doctors describe the scene at hospitals in Gaza as supplies run low. A lack of fuel is becoming a particular problem to keep medical services going; it was cut off by Israel in response to attacks two weeks ago - and it says it's worried about it getting into the hands of Hamas, which controls Gaza and which the UK government labels a terror organisation.
