Take time out with a 30-minute soundscape of classical music, including music by Bach, Prokofiev and Poulenc.

Back-to-back classical music for 30 minutes, ranging from Bach's chorus "Wachet auf" (Sleepers wake!), to Cecilia McDowall's sublime choral setting of a Marian devotional cry for help "Alma redemptoris Mater" (Living mother of the redeemer... assist your people...). There are musical "novelettes" by Poulenc and Glazunov, a lush film score by Pino Donaggio, and a comic depiction of a game of football by Shostakovich.
