Legionella on Home Office Migrant Barge

The government’s so-called small boats week ends with all the migrants aboard the Bibby Stockholm barge being removed after Legionella was found in the water supply. Will the barge turn out to be a false economy or is this just a temporary glitch in a workable idea?
