'I want an ice cream slider!'

Sean wants an ice cream at the beach. John in Creggan is looking for an excuse for a day off.

"I want an ice cream wafer, or a slider," Sean says. "It's years since I had a cone, or a poke of ice cream. I also want a fish from the chippy, and I'll eat it walking along the beach. I'm not asking for a lot!"

"I have to work tomorrow," says John in Creggan, "And I need a good reason to take it off! Can you or the listeners help me or do I just have to get up and go?"

"Well, John," Sean says. "You should be very grateful that you have a job. You must get up and go to your work tomorrow! None of this namby pamby stuff. Go to your work! (Unless you take a very bad vertigo attack)."
