Police Call Centre Urgent Question

The urgent question in the Scottish Parliament, tabled by Scottish Liberal Democrat MSP Willie Rennie, on reports that Police Scotland call handlers used a fake system to manipulate response statistics for eight years, from Thursday 30 March.
