Lee takes a step too far and Chelsea is on the defence.

Chelsea’s excited to be on the Eurovision organising committee. Brad’s less impressed with it all. Chelsea sympathises with him over his recent tough times. She thinks he should ditch George. Brad agrees. Tracy gathers them to talk about their dad, explaining he wants to forge a new relationship with them. Both siblings immediately decline. Later Brad fills his mum in on some of the facts surrounding George’s birthday night out, assuring her he didn’t drink or do drugs. It was all George. Tracy advises Brad to stop beating himself up about it. It’s done and he just needs to learn from it. They move on to the subject of Den. Brad’s conflicted about seeing him again. It was so bad last time, and he doesn’t want to feel stupid again, especially after events with George. Tracy assures him it’s Den who’s the stupid one. She’s proud of Brad and his achievements. Brad announces he would like to see Den; he’s got nothing to lose. This surprises Chelsea, and she warns him to be careful. When Brad explains he doesn’t want to leave things too late, Chelsea gets it. She’ll go with him.
Lee’s late home and he and Helen enjoy their shortened evening together. Helen thanks him for supporting her through a long two weeks. Lee reckons she’s done brilliantly. They settle down to explore the San Francisco guidebook from the boys, and the mood is mellow. However when Lee moves in for a kiss, Helen recoils and pushes him away. She immediately apologises, appalled at herself.
