In this episode presenter James Gallagher visits Cheltenham in Gloucestershire where huge floods in 2007 engulfed a water works which left the town without running water for two weeks. He talks to people who lived through it, and finds out what scientists are doing to help prevent a similar flood happening in the future. And a water sommelier explains exactly why the taste of water changes in different parts of the country.
