The trainees are just one step from the final, but one trainee has been keeping a secret that will change everything.

Day 24, and Coach drops a bombshell on the group with an announcement about who will have the power at the end of the next challenge. The revelation gives the trainees extra motivation in their Warrior training sessions, while Melita talks to her Warrior about where her battles with anxiety started.

After a gruelling Fire Power Challenge comes the penultimate Warrior summit, and in a dramatic twist, one trainee reveals they have been keeping a secret from the others that will change everything.
