Gabby Logan introduces coverage from Istanbul of the European Athletics Indoor Championships, with six gold medals to be handed out across the course of the session.

The men’s 60m is always the highlight of any championships, and Europe’s speedsters will be going for gold in today’s session. However, they must first navigate the semi-finals. In 2021, Italy’s Marcell Jacobs won gold before going on to claim Olympic 100m glory later that year.

There is also the semi-final of the women’s 800m, an event won by Great Britain star Keely Hodgkinson two years ago.
