Mark Chapman presents the action as World Cup debutants Jamaica take on 2008 winners New Zealand in Group C at the MKM Stadium in Hull.

New Zealand are the only side other than Australia to win the World Cup since 1972. The Kiwis, who lifted the trophy in 2008, finished as runners-up in the two tournaments either side of their win, but then lost in the quarter-finals in 2017.

Jamaica are making their first appearance in the World Cup and they will have some Super League talent at their disposal, with several Championship and tier three players from clubs in the English game.
