Tonight at the Games: Day 4

JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha introduce highlights of the day's main action, including track cycling, swimming, gymnastics and judo.

JJ Chalmers and Isa Guha bring you the very best of day’s four action at the Commonwealth Games, as 28 golds medals were won in Birmingham.

Track cycling has been a rich source of success for the home nations at previous games, and with five golds on offer today, hopes were high of yet more glory. Could England’s Matt Walls add points race gold to the omnium title he won at last year’s Olympics? Elsewhere, the medals came thick and fast in the pool, at the gymnastics and on the judo mat.
