Heather meets Ciorstag Wilson, who recently moved back to her native Mull after spending years on the mainland. Not only is Ciorstag a teacher in Tobermory, but she is one of Gaeldom’s most celebrated social media influencers, posting video tutorials and tips on make-up and beauty.
