Lynn celebrates 10 years of the Wales Coast Path with Arry Cain and Zoe Langley - Wathen , who became friends when Arry was the first woman to run the path of almost 900 miles and Zoe was the first woman to walk it , back in 2012 . Lynn takes a Jubilee Journey back to the 1970s - ahead of the Queen's Platinum celebrations next weekend . And Wales Space Ambassador Paul Roche has the latest news from the Cosmos
