Dolly is probably best known for her 2018 memoir Everything I Know About Love, which won that's year's National Book Award for autobiography and was recently adapted into a BBC 1 drama series. Her first novel Ghosts came out in 2020, and she is currently working on her second. She is also a columnist for the Sunday Times.
