It’s team challenge time! The contestants must work together to put on a service that impresses the judges and 30 customers. Professional chefs demonstrate a menu with a main and a dessert, which the teams must recreate. The team which plates up dishes that resemble the professionals’ most closely will be safely through to the next round, and the losing team will be up for elimination.
