Russia accused of war crime after bombing a maternity and children's hospital was bombed in the southern city of Mariupol, killing three people, including a child.
Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has accused Russia of committing a war crime - after a maternity and children's hospital was bombed in the southern city of Mariupol. The city's deputy mayor, Sergei Orlov, told the BBC that three people had been killed, including a child. At least 17 people , some of them pregnant women, were injured.
