Two teams of woodworking experts battle it out in a timed competition on the Isle of Skye. Who will win as torrential weather and wet wood give the experts a tough time?
This episode sees our experts head for the spectacular Isle of Skye. Team Linzi is inspired by local folklore, while Vicente and his crew have a feat of engineering to complete if they are going to win the Golden Axe.
A former conifer plantation at Ringill on Skye is being thinned out to encourage native species to flourish, and the teams are making full use of the timber they fell. As their 24-hour deadline looms, the weather causes havoc with their plans, and not everyone emerges from their tents a happy camper. However, as it gets nearer to judging, who will complete their build on time, and which team will claim the coveted Golden Axe?
