Day 2: BBC One - Skiing, Snowboarding and Curling

The men’s downhill takes centre stage on day two while Team GB are hoping it could also bring a medal for British snowboarder Katie Ormerod in the women’s slopestyle final.

Ormerod went into the games as a podium contender, having endured a nightmare four years ago in Pyeongchang, where she broke her heel just days before the competition.

Meanwhile, the world’s fastest skiers are battling for gold in men’s alpine skiing’s blue riband event, with the winner joining a roll of honour that includes skiing greats such as Jean-Claude Killy, Franz Klammer and Pirmin Zurbriggen.

GB take on hosts China in the curling mixed doubles, and the figure skating team event continues.
